Returns & Exchanges
Whilst we’re sure that you’ll love your items, on the rare occasion that you change your mind just send it back and we’ll be more than happy to give you a full refund or an exchange, in accordance to the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Please be aware that the following returns policy is only valid for online purchases; purchases made in one of our stores are covered under a separate returns policy.
Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:
- we receive the products within 14 days following the date of delivery of the product;
- the returned product is unused, in its original packaging, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.
3. Returns procedure
In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, please send the product in its original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase and a completed returns form, to us at:

Please be aware that earrings and underwear may not be returned under this policy. Similarly, personalised items and Coe & Co. gift cards cannot be returned.
We will issue a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges. Please allow ten working days for your return to be processed. If you requested a refund, it will be applied to the original card, or other payment method, used to place your order.
6. Improper returns
Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):
- we will not refund or exchange the product;
- we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product.
